Tshikululu provides social investment strategy development and implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation services, for the Foundation. The 1st for Women Foundation was established in 2005 to uplift and empower the women of South Africa. With this goal in mind, the Foundation’s strategy focuses on the eradication of gender-based violence (GBV) in South Africa.
