To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Lay down with your legs and back flat against floor. Step 2: Keep your arms on your sides. Step 3: Now keep your legs straight and raise your left leg with feet up until pointing straight in the air. Step 4: Slowly lower back down to the floor. Step 5: Then repeat with the other leg.
